Reporting into, and supported by the Head of Communications and Marketing, the Marketing Product Manager will manage and lead the accurate and timely delivery of marketing collateral and support and contribute to agreed ROIs. Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end campaign process, right from briefing through to implementation & delivery of marketing assets. The Role We are searching for a technically trained marketer with relevant sector experience (Discretionary Fund Management / Model Portfolios) across the full marketing mix including presentation generation, social media and website management, and literature and campaign creation. Culture is key as we are a small but vibrant and growing business and this team player will work collaboratively with the marketing team and wider stakeholders including sales, operation, compliance and investment experts as well as external suppliers to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across the business to assist with delivery of our overall sales plan and growth aspirations. Responsibilities Ownership of the Marketing Calendar and project management of its execution. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Manage digital marketing initiatives to generate leads and drive engagement. Oversee website/s content management Writing and delivering clear and detailed briefs to both internal individuals and teams (i.e., social media, digital) as well as external agencies Identify opportunities to raise the profile of the business across media including events, social media and campaigns Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns within DFM market Track marketing performance metrics, using insights to optimise strategies and tactics. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Inspire and support the wider team, enabling them to develop their skills and fulfil their potential. Ensure efficiency and consistency in marketing themes and strategies across the business. Manage market collateral audit trail to ensure top level record keeping is maintained Ensures all new materials and release information are available Skills / Experience 4-5 years preferably in house marketing experience. Working within a regulated environment, ideally in related financial services / MPS environment Working knowledge of competitive landscape / peers Experience in idea and content generation to develop brand and distribution footprint and support sales efforts to grow new business.
