HR Advisor - End-to-End Global Mobility Location: London, UK Type: Fixed-Term Contract Our client is an international energy company committed to driving the energy transition. We are seeking a talented HR Advisor to join our Global People Management team, taking responsibility for end-to-end global mobility within their Iraq team. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the mobilization process for international employees, including onboarding and offboarding. Advise on company policies and procedures related to international employees. Ensure adherence to UK and international employment laws, as well as GDPR regulations. Monitor payroll and expense reports and ensure timely approvals. Maintain employee files and trackers and ensure compliance with record-keeping and data-processing policies. Manage internal and external service providers, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Stay updated on global mobility trends and best practices through industry conferences and training. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with local subsidiaries.Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations with a focus on global mobility. Strong knowledge of UK and international employment law. Fluent English and additional languages are beneficial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
