Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out high-quality panel repairs on a range of fleet and rental vehicles. * Repairing and replacing damaged panels using modern equipment and techniques. * Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and in line with safety regulations. * Working efficiently within a busy body shop environment to meet tight deadlines. * Collaborating with colleagues across the repair process to ensure a seamless service. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Panel Technician, preferably in a fleet or rental hire repair setting. * Expertise in panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and alignment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. * Relevant industry qualifications (ATA/NVQ) are desirable but not essential.
