from a leading UK university Previous experience working with children with

Special Educational Needs (SEN) Strong knowledge of the

GCSE and A Level curriculum High expectations for student behaviour and achievement A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and development Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working as part of a team Job Responsibilities:

Provide

1:1 and small group support

for students with SEN Assist with classroom management and behaviour support Work closely with the SEN team to plan and implement tailored learning strategies Help students both inside and outside of class, supporting their learning and personal development Ribbons & Reeves
