An exciting opportunity at a boarding school to support the Chef Manager and team. You will be working alongside a close knit team catering for students so working well as part of a team is essential. The chef de partie would be responsible for supporting with the cooking of the meals for the students and catering pastry for the desserts. Work ethic and the ability to work well within a team are essential. This is a 5 out of 7 role working from 10:00 till 18:30 having every evening off. This role would suit a chef ideally from a fresh food background that has a basic knowledge of pastry to be able to execute crumbles and sponge cakes for the students and staff of the school.
