Location: Wellingborough Salary: £25,000 Summary: At Bis Henderson, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join a finance team within a logistics business. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in assisting the financial aspects of logistics operations, ensuring that all accounts are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you can develop your finance skills. This role is 30 hours per week and offers flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage invoices, payments, and account reconciliations for logistics transactions. Handle queries related to invoices and accounts, liaising with customers as needed. Prepare reports and financial statements relevant to logistics operations. Monitor and manage discrepancies in accounts, escalating issues when necessary. Support the logistics and finance teams with general administrative tasks. Experience: Previous experience in accounts administration, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment. Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
