Assistant Project Manager

A forward thinking, Construction consultancy based near Bank, are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. Working predominantly in multiple sectors including Commercial sector, they are well placed to capitalise on their reputation in the market. With a number of ongoing, long term projects, the successful Assistant Project Manager will be joining a company that can offer stability and strong APC support. About the role: The successful Assistant Project Manager work closely with the project teams throughout delivery and will: * Support the Project Manager to achieve the objectives of an individual project * Responsible for delivering on time, to cost and to agreed specification * Ensure the integrity of project reports * Lead progress meetings and support stakeholder engagement * Ensure the application of a safe working environment throughout * Ensure the effective management and control of change, risks and actions About the salary: * Up to £37,000 * Generous pension contribution * Generous annual leave entitlement * Career progression opportunities * RICS support available * Subscriptions paid for.
