Pub Chef required for a fresh food pub in the Hertfordshire area with FREE LIVE IN, this pub has a recently refurbished kitchen. As the chef for the pub, you will create a traditional menu for the pub with Roasts and homemade pies. They use fantastic ingredients and pay extra for better quality produce. This pub chef role is the only chef in the kitchen & is of a head chef level, the pub chef is 100% fresh food and pays £35k + bonus + FREE LIVE IN. The role As a pub chef you will be the chef for the pub, you will ensure the menus are written, it a small menu approach, using great quality ingredients. you will order the produce, write them menus, prep the fridge and cook to order.
