Finishing Foreman

Finishing Foreman.

Our client is currently looking for a finishing foreman to assist on a large residential build, until Christmas, in Hawkinge.

• Pay rate: 220- 240 a day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Carrying out plot inspections at various stages of the build.
• Write snagging lists for each of the plots and submit them to the sub-contractors and senior management team.
• Coordinate with contractors in accordance with site schedule and build plans.
• Coordinate with contractors
• Supervising Labour on site
• Ordering materials
• Liaising with site management
• Doing risk assessments and method statements
• MUST HAVE SSSTS!

This position would suit someone that is looking to make a good name for themselves within one of the industries leading house builders. You will ideally have a blue CSCS trade card of some kind. Ideally a minimum of 2 years and check-able references of delivering high quality new build residential units for a reputable builder, a eye for detail, customer facing and excellent communication and organisational skills.
