Production Shift Leader
Double days of 6 am to 2 pm and 1:55 pm to 22:10 pm.
Purpose:
Effectively lead and develop the production team members to drive operational excellence within all areas and to deliver high quality products in a complaint, safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
You will have:
- Experience in a similar FMCG production environment
- Understanding of tablet and capsule manufacturing and packing processes
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics
- Positive, can-do attitude and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate effectively to different levels of stakeholders throughout the business
- Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office 365, inc. Excel.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
