Operations Engineering Manager

The successful Engineering Manager will ensure a consistent/detailed approach using Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving Tools such as 8D or 5Whys. Reduce internal and external NCRs YoY by 20% Increase efficiencies YoY by 20% Reduce warranty complaints YoY by 20% Reduce Scrap YoY by 20% Complete routings according to service level agreements To be successful in this role of Engineering Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of: A track record of completing projects on time on quality in a complex environment A track record of can-do taking ownership for outcomes beyond immediate disciplinary control Structured, organised approach to work providing a consisted/detail approach to problem solving Five years experience working in a similar manufacturing environment and possess a good understanding of using Quality and Process management tools and methodology, including 5S/6S, flowcharts, VSM, Kaizen, Pareto, QCPC, 8D, Cause & Effect, Ishikawa, 5 whys etc ACS are recruiting for a Engineering Manager.
