This role is ideal for someone who can assist students facing challenging behaviours. Role Overview - Youth Mentor We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to support students with SEMH and behavioural challenges in a progressive SEMH school. Youth Workers will provide one-on-one support outside the classroom, requiring strong behavior management skills and the ability to adapt to various situations. While Team Teach training is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Building a positive rapport with students is crucial for success in this role.
