Warehouse Operative - Hillington - Earn £11.50 p/h - Apply Today! Flow Logistics are excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of the industries most leading and dedicated parcel delivery companies. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our thriving team. This is a part-time position with an ASAP start date.  What you'll do: Work shifts from 06.00am-11.00am, over a maximum of 6 days (Sunday to Saturday) Work within a fast paced environment as part of a team Work safely and accurately at speed, following instructions Be reliable with good timekeeping to reach the depot for the shift start time Using handheld scanners Unloading a palletised delivery Sorting parcels into correctly numbered cages General warehouse upkeep - ensuring your work area is clean and tidy Comply with Health & Safety regulations Help maintain the warehouse to an optimal functioning standard Ensure high quality and production standards are met Use pallet trucks to transport pallets around the warehouseWhat you’ll need: Excellent communication skills The ability to work at a high speed whilst maintaining accuracy A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude A high level of initiative An eye for detail  The ability to meet tight deadlines The ability to accurately follow instructions You will be required to stand and walk for the duration of your shift May be required to lift items up to 23kg, bend, twist, kneel and crouchEmployee Benefits:  Immediate starts Weekly pay - every Friday Potential overtime opportunities to boost your earningsEmployee Welfare: Generous holiday entitlement Use of vending machines/hot drinks facilities including kitchen Free on-site car parkingPersonal & Professional Development: On-the-job training across the warehouse – no experience necessary however it is preferred Career development opportunities If you think this sounds like the right role for you, hit APPLY and someone from our recruitment team will be in touch!
