They are seeking a dynamic HPC Project Manager to lead and deliver complex HPC projects across the UK&I. As a Project Manager in their HPC division, you will lead complex projects that design and implement computing solutions capable of performing at the highest levels. You will manage every aspect of project delivery from conception through to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within time, budget, and quality constraints. Plan, execute, and close projects that deliver high performance computing solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Project Management: PRINCE2 certification required. HPC Exposure: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a high-performance computing environment. Demonstrated experience in team management.
