Job Title: Asbestos Administrator
Location: Sunderland, Tyne & Wear
Salary/Benefits: 23k - 30k + Training & Benefits
Our Client is a privately-owned and friendly outfit within the Asbestos industry. They are seeking a hardworking and efficient Asbestos Administrator to join their busy team in the North East of England. Candidates will need to be able to commute to the office on a daily basis and will be undertaking a variation of administrative duties as per the company's requirements.
Candidates will need to be based around: Sunderland, Washington, Seaham, Durham, Houghton le Spring, Washington, Gateshead, Blaydon, Ryton, Prudhoe, Ponteland, Blyth, Cramlington, Whitley Bay, Wallsend, Hebburn, Gateshead, Newcastle upon Tyne, Whickham.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have worked for an Asbestos company, undertaking administrative duties
- Will need excellent written skills and must be proficient using IT applications, such as Office software
- Ideally will have some industry technical knowledge and an understanding of site staff responsibilities
- Organised and efficient work ethic
The Role:
- Working as an Administrator for a UKAS Accredited Asbestos company
- Processing and quality checking Asbestos reports, making edits as required and sending onto Clients
- Updating company records and internal databases
- Booking appointments for site staff
- Providing administrative support to site staff as well as managers and directors
- Working to KPIs and ensuring to work to deadlines
- Liaising with tenants and Clients
Alternative job titles: Asbestos Coordinator, Report Checker, Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant.
