This Social Media Manager role offers the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale, within a dedicated social team focused on innovation and excellence. As Social Media Manager, day-to-day
responsibilities
include - Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and international markets. Content Creation: Create engaging content - graphics, videos, and written posts - tailored for each platform and region. Content Plans & Campaign Management: Develop comprehensive social media content plans, and build and execute multi-channel social campaigns to drive engagement and organic growth Client Liaison: Communicating with clients on all things social, building client relationships, articulating your ideas and presenting activities. Community Management: Monitor and engage with the client’s global audience. Analytics and Reporting: Analyse performance metrics and evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness across different regions. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on global industry trends and best practices to optimise strategies. About you
- You have a proven track record of developing social media strategies and content plans, delivering social media campaigns, including international campaigns, inhouse or ideally within an agency environment. You’re experienced across all the social media platforms - especially Instagram and TikTok - as well as scheduling and reporting tools. A wordsmith, you’re able to write engaging content, tailored for the client's tone of voice, audience, platform and region. You ideally have some experience mentoring or managing juniors.
