Ecommerce Manager – Austen & Blake Jewellery Location: London, Hatton Garden Department: Ecommerce Austen & Blake is part of the Neve Jewels Group (Diamonds Factory, Austen & Blake, and Sacet) We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Ecommerce Manager to join our London head office team, contributing to the rapid growth of our brand within the Diamond Jewellery industry across the UK and Europe. As part of our expanding global Ecommerce team, you will play a key role in driving our digital strategy and enhancing the online presence of Austen & Blake. Since our founding in 2018, we’ve disrupted the traditional jewellery market by focusing on quality, personalization, and value, capturing the hearts of customers across the UK and Europe. Our mission is to create timeless, high-quality jewellery without the need for a large inventory, ensuring a personalised experience for every customer. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for luxury and craftsmanship to help us take our digital presence to the next level. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer and the wider ecommerce team to define and implement a digital-first strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals. Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to sales, website performance, and ecommerce strategy execution. Ecommerce Roadmap: Own and manage the ecommerce roadmap, driving initiatives to improve site functionality, performance, and overall customer experience Brand Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the brand is consistently and compellingly communicated across all digital channels and campaigns. Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute the online marketing and promotions calendar, including homepage and landing page updates, ensuring alignment with key business initiatives. Customer Experience Optimisation: Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to continuously improve the digital customer journey through A/B testing, personalization, and UX enhancements. SEO & Site Improvements: Ensure that the site remains SEO-friendly, and manage ongoing updates to enhance site performance and visibility. Multi-Channel Initiatives: Partner with the marketing and retail teams to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, driving both online and offline sales. CRM & Segmentation: Work with the CRM Manager to implement effective segmentation and targeting strategies, optimising sales and promotional performance. Key Skills & Experience Experience: 4 years in a similar ecommerce management role, ideally within luxury, jewellery, or retail. Website Management: Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms and driving website performance. Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of Google Analytics, with a focus on tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions. SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO best practices and their application in ecommerce. Commercial Acumen: A results-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including marketing and SEO agencies. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with performance marketing channels.
