NPD Manager

New Product Development (NPD) and Compliance Manager Currently recruiting for a NPD and Compliance Manager, for a newly created role due to business growth and investment, working for a successful Food Manufacturing business in the West Midlands. You will manage multiple projects from concept to launch, leading the NPD and Technical Services teams. Skills / Experience * -Working within new product development for a food or drinks manufacture * - Strong Technical knowledge of BRC, HACCP, Spec and Customers * -Liaising with key stakeholders plus customers ideally UK retailers * -Working in a fast paced environment able to prioritise workload * -Creative and passionate mindset for new products and innovation Role * Salary - depending on experience * Hours - 8am-5pm * Days - Monday to Friday * Pension * Genuine Career development and progression Mach are acting as an agent for this role
