Role Overview: My client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage their finances, which are in excellent condition and well-organized. The role primarily involves data entry and sales order processing, along with maintaining the company’s financial records. There will be a 3-4 month handover period with the outgoing bookkeeper to ensure a smooth transition, and ongoing support will be available if needed. What You’ll Do: * Sales Order Processing: Handle daily sales orders accurately. * Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date financial records. * Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, ensuring financial accuracy. * Support the Team: Help with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall team environment.
