Urgent - Trainee Recruitment Consultant - East London

TPR are proud to be partnered with a well reputable Life Science Recruitment company in the East End of London, who are looking for motivated graduates with at least 6 months sales experience or recent college leavers with sales experience, looking to build a life changing career supporting the life sciences industry. Please note you will be given full training from industry experts (Including from some household known names) with a start date of November 4th ideally. If you're looking to kick start your career in recruitment our client is the best place to do so: The role of an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant: * Sourcing candidates through different tools (LinkedIn, advertising, headhunting etc) * Pre-screen and interview preparing candidates. * Manage the whole interview process through to closing candidates * Meeting with candidates and clients * Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients and candidates The benefits for Recruitment Consultants: * £ Basic salary DOE + uncapped commission (OTE of £35K year 1, £50K year 2, £70K + year 3). * Clear, structured, personal career plan from entry level/Trainee, right up to Director. * Tailored training programme tailored to your strengths and weaknesses. * Fun, professional, vibrant office atmosphere. * Monday - Friday hours, early finish on a Friday * Office location in the East End of London * Money motivated, with a passion for finding the next top talent for pharmaceutical, BioTech and CRO companies.
