The Role: As a Payroll Administrator , you will work as a member of a on and offshore payroll team completing payroll inputs and checks. You will also co-ordinate the regular payroll feeds to the payroll systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide high quality payroll output within agreed SLA’s & KPI’s Support internal and strategic projects and “ad-hoc” tasks Keep abreast of payroll legislative requirements and best practices Provide support for employee payroll query resolution To deliver continuous improvement Your Profile: Key skills/knowledge/experience: Strong skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills Extensive experience with Payroll and HR systems In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory payments, Student Loans, AEO’s etc. Good to have: Skills and experience with Visio Knowledge of SAP Payroll Rewards & Benefits TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
