U.S. Law Firm - Hybrid 3 and 2 - Excellent Salary + Bonus + Bens This Global U.S. Law firm have an outstanding requirement for a Desktop Infrastructure Engineer responsible to manage and optimise their SCCM Deployments, maintain system images and troubleshoot imaging and Windows operating system issues. Applicants require extensive understanding of Citrix troubleshooting and be adept at communicating with technicians and users across multiple countries in Europe and Asia. You must have proven expertise in endpoint infrastructure management, particularly with SCCM and Windows OS troubleshooting. You should also have strong knowledge of Citrix environments and troubleshooting methodologies, along with a good understanding of Group policies, Azure/Entra and Intune policies. Technologies required SCCM, Citrix, Microsoft O/S knowledge, Office 365, Azure and Intune. Good understanding of Software packaging utilities and Powershell is required too, as is a working knowledge of Servicenow
