HR Business Partner

Are you an expereinced HRBP with a background in Professional Services? Here at Liberty Recruitment Group, we are delighted to be working exclusively with our client in their search for an HR Business Partner to join their HR team based in Waterlooville. This role will be predominantly home based with travel once a week into London and the Waterlooville Head Office. This role reports in the Group Head of HR and works closely alongside the wider HR Team. This role is a real generalist HR opportunity, that covers the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks from responding to complex HR queries, ER matters, TUPE, consultations, reviewing processes, policy reviews, generating reports and making recommendations. As a person you will have excellent organisational and IT skills, be a team-player, be proactive, confident and logical in approach. You will also have the ability to build great stakeholder relationships as you really will be an ambassador of HR. This is a permanent role (35 hrs per week) and our client is offering a salary up to £60k per annum (depending on experience) plus some great benefits, including; Private Medical Insurance, 25 days holiday plus B/H and birthday off, free car parking, EAP, 24 hour access to an online GP, etc, etc!
