Our client is a modern Mediterranean Restaurant which recently opened in central London. Serving up to 120 covers, they are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to create a variety of seasonal Southern Europe inspired dishes over an open fire.
You must have previous experience working in the kitchens of high-end restaurants.

£40,000 salary on 48-hour contract
Paid overtime at £16 per hour
7 shifts per week, 4 days on, 3 days off

Creating a variety of delicious dishes that celebrate Southern European flavours
Making the most of the restaurants access to fresh, seasonal ingredients
Going above and beyond to perfect your skills cooking over an open-fire grill
Gaining knowledge and expertise from the team to improve your culinary skillset
Working alongside the team to elevate and evolve the restaurants menu and operations
