Family Legal Secretary

Leamington Spa £23k to £25k, negotiable, in line with experience We are working with a well-established, family law-accredited law firm with an excellent reputation, who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support their busy Family Law team at their office in Leamington Spa town centre. The role would involve: * Supporting Family Fee Earners with their private family caseloads including separation, divorce, children matters, domestic violence, cohabitation disputes, property and financial settlements * Liaising with clients, courts and third party professionals by telephone, email and face to face * Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents * Preparing court bundles * Use of a legal case management system * Diary management * Secretarial and administrative duties Suitable candidates will have: * 2 years'+ legal secretarial experience within private family law * Excellent audio and copy typing skills * Experience of preparing court bundles * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written * A caring, sympathetic nature when dealing with clients, and a professional attitude to work This is a full-time permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday Benefits include: * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience * Generous annual leave entitlement * Paid parking for all staff * Friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment Note: Salary stated is given as a guideline, in line with market rate and will be commensurate with experience.
