Head of Health & Safety - Northern England

Key Criteria * 8+ years Health and Safety experience within Construction, ideally within the residential sector * Experience leading safety audits, inspections and accident investigations. * Proven ability leading and influencing safety culture and practices within organisations at all levels. * Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, accident investigations. * Familiarity with Construction processes especially in relation to Health & Safety. * Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation. * Awareness of trends, and best practices within Construction Safety. * Awareness of environmental and sustainability practices within construction. * Understanding human factors and ergonomics within construction health & safety. * IT Skills including Microsoft 365 The Role: * Predominantly site based, overseeing the health and safety team on residential projects across the North of England. * Occasional visits to HQ in West London.
