Position: Learning Assistant for Exceptional Students (SEND) Do you have the passion to make a real difference? We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Assistant. Your mission? To support and empower students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, to thrive in their learning environment. What You'll Be Doing: * Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups to help them reach their full potential. * Collaborating with teachers to create a learning environment that meets the unique needs of SEND students. * Developing personalized learning strategies that make education accessible and enjoyable. * Helping students build confidence, independence, and social skills. * Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
