IT Support Technician - Windows, PC Location: London – Onsite (Initial Period), Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote) Salary: £45,000 + Benefits We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team within the publishing industry. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and addressing both hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets efficiently. Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to internal users. Provide expert advice and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and macOS applications. Offer hardware support, including mobile devices, printers, and other office equipment. Essential Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Windows 10 and macOS. (Windows needs to be stronger) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
