Role Overview: Position: Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant Location: Medway, Kent Start Date: Immediate, pending registration completion Contract: Full-time, 5 days a week Pay: £85 to £110 per day (dependent on experience, school, and location) Contract Type: Long-term temporary with potential for permanent placementRequirements: Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check Experience in educational settings is essential Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH students is desiredResponsibilities Include: Supporting the learning and development of students in the classroom Assisting with individual education plans and behavioural management strategies Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to create inclusive learning environments Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students Engaging students in educational activities and promoting independenceWhy Choose Us?
