Location: Hounslow
Salary: £28K-£32K (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Bank Holidays Closed

The Role:
We are seeking a driven and motivated Lettings Manager to lead the team in our busy Hounslow branch. You will manage property instructions, oversee maintenance repairs, secure new business, and deliver top-notch service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities
- Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
- Negotiating tenancies and building strong relationships with local property owners
- Achieving personal and branch targets
- Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years recent experience in the lettings or estate agency industry
- Ambitious, target-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the ALTO system (preferred)
- Local area knowledge is advantageous, as is fluency in another language (Panjabi, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu is beneficial but not essential)
- UK Driving Licence and own transport
