High standards of food hygiene and the ability to stay calm under pressure are also really important to us. Ideally youll have worked in a similar fresh food kitchen environment so wed love to hear from you if youve been the Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef of a restaurant or gastro pub, but if youve got a different background dont let that stop you from hitting that apply button!
