Brake Press Setter / Operator

Job Title: Bystronic Brake Press Setter / Operator Location: Dudley, West Midlands Hours: Rotating Shifts (06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00) Pay Rate: £13 - £14 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bystronic Brake Press Setter / Operator to join our client, a leading sheet metal fabrication company based in Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in operating and setting Bystronic Brake Press machines to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate Bystronic Brake Press machinery. * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Ensure accurate folding and bending of sheet metal parts. * Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards. * Work efficiently to meet production deadlines. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Brake Press Setter / Operator, preferably on Bystronic machines. * Ability to read engineering drawings and follow instructions. * Strong attention to detail and quality control. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work rotating shifts. Shift Pattern: * Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 * Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00 Shifts rotate weekly. Pay Rate: £13 - £14 per hour, depending on experience.
