Your new company Working within an NHS-based organisation which offers on-site parking and is accessible via some public transport routes. Your new role Office-based role working 37.5 hours per week Booking patients in for appointments Inputting patient data First point of contact for incoming calls Making outbound calls to patients when required What you'll need to succeed Excellent customer service skills - experience of working in a customer service role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent IT skills, navigating between multiple booking systems and Microsoft Office packages Must pass a Standard DBS check What you'll get in return You'll join a great team for an initial period of 3 months. There is a possibility that the role could be extended further. You'll earn an hourly rate of £12.69 per hour and the cost of a Standard DBS check will be covered.
