The tech: C#, .NET, SQL, AWS, Azure, Azure DevOps The package: Up to £120,000 a 10% bonus and other benefits - there may be some flexibility for the right candidate. The role: 70-80% hands on coding in C#, .NET Driving a high-performance team of 6 on a remote basis Building toolsets that extract, transform and load large volumes of customer data from complex systems Improving the speed of onboarding of new customers ensuring they receive immediate ROI. Solving problems by delivering excellent solutions Reducing technical debt The engineers are empowered to push to production on their own. Their CI scans run on the PR, it's peer reviewed then the engineer pushes to prod and monitors for impact. They ship to production 100 times per month Data transfer happens with high frequency and low complexity. They use a bespoke internal tool for ETL. Data is transformed into the data store and then pushed to the SaaS platform. Your background: A hands-on .NET Engineering Team Lead who has a proven track record in a startup, scaleup or high-growth organisation Experience working with High Frequency ETL or Data Transfer / Migration ideally in a SaaS platform Experience high-quality code using Unit Testing, Integration Testing, TDD or similar Self-motivated with a Growth Mindset Experience working in a continuous delivery environment. Led high-performing teams, ideally on a remote basis.
