,000 per annum - London What's in it for the successful Events Sales Office Manager Salary of up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience Mon - Fri Enhanced Pension Contribution The business is growing, and we are seeking someone to join the journey Financially stable business Tonic is searching for an Events Sales Office Manager to join this leading UK hotel group. In this role you will be responsible for managing and converting all incoming enquiries across this groups UK portfolio. You will lead a team of 3 and will: effectively promote all the hotels facilities and services to achieve the maximum sales revenue and client satisfaction for each event; ensure that each booking is handled efficiently from client enquiry through to arrival and departure; maintain accurate status and administration of all bookings in our property management system and communicate effectively with clients and Operations teams at each hotel ensuring the success of each event. You will need to be highly organised, creative and experienced within the events sector. What are we looking for from the successful Events Sales Office Manager? You will ideally have experience in a high quality, corporate environment and understand the service expectations of such clients Management experience is essential Previous experience of planning and organising high end events is essential Your CV must demonstrate experience within a corporate environment Candidates must be driven, ambitious, and committed to their careers.
