Lead Systems Modelling Engineer – Drive Advanced Performance Solutions Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience) Location: Stevenage Working: Hybrid (3-4 days per week on-site) Join a cutting-edge team as a Lead Systems Modelling Engineer , where you will guide the development of performance models and algorithms for advanced systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile programmes, driving technical excellence and innovation. The Role: Lead the development of algorithms and performance models for system integration. Oversee the full lifecycle , from concept development to prototype delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of performance models. Manage key programme aspects, including stakeholder relationships , budgets, risks, and opportunities. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in systems modelling and developing complex solutions.
