Warehouse Manager - Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Sheffield £27,000 - £28,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience) Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Management team. If you are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and have a passion for warehouse management & distribution, we want to hear from you! The Candidate Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese. Previous experience in warehouse management or warehouse leadership role Forklift Truck License is highly desirable   Retail & distribution experience is advantageous Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee warehouse operations, including product maintenance, distribution, and inventory control. Ensure warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, and adherence to health standards. Optimize space utilization and implement efficient operational policies. Manage a team of 6 full-time warehouse operatives, assigning roles and overseeing daily activities. Act as the primary contact for suppliers, transport firms, and store managers. Uphold company policies and mission, ensuring smooth execution of warehousing and distribution activities.
