A vastly stable and long established Engineering business based in Nottinghamshire have a new and urgent appointment opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join their organisation.
We are looking for a competent Engineer with CMM Experience as an accomplished CNC CMM Programmer.
Using your experience with a Computerised Measuring Machine, you will also conduct manual checks of parts and components using micrometers, shadow graphs, ball gauges and thread gauges.
You will be reponsible for first off inspections, final inspections and batch checks on parts that are destined for the aerospace, defence and bearings industries to name a few.
Candidates with experience of QCT CMM equipment of particular interest and are highly called for, however those with other branded CMM capital equipment are equally sought.
In addition to the above, we require applicants who can undertake 'FAIR's' / First Article Inspection Reports.
Working Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm and rotating weeks then of 2pm-11.30pm, this new role also offers plenty of overtime to boost your income dramatically.
