About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shipwrights to join our client's team in Falmouth. This role involves working on high-end marine projects, performing tasks that ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. You will work on various projects, including but not limited to: Installing and maintaining guard rails
Corking
Fitting and repairing port lights
Crafting hot tub surrounds
Working on lazaretto spaces
Installing and repairing scuppers and cleats
Crafting and maintaining anchor pockets
Key Responsibilities Perform all shipwright tasks to a high standard
Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices
Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to achieve project goals
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Requirements Proven experience as a Shipwright or similar marine-based role
Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
Familiarity with the marine industry and shipbuilding standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Experience in working on high-end marine projects is desirable
