We are currently looking to recruit a Reward Partner which will support the Head of Reward to deliver our UK annual compensation activities, ensure SIG provides a competitive reward package to support the attraction and retention of talent, and use data and insights to build the connection between performance and reward. What does the role involve? As Reward Partner, you will lead the delivery of our annual compensation activities including pay review, bonus and employee benefits.  You’ll manage our remuneration principles and frameworks and assist the wider HR team, through a true partnership approach, to embed these throughout the business showcasing their benefits and importance to key stakeholders. You’ll manage our job evaluation processes and be responsible for the submission of our annual benchmarking surveys (Willis Towers Watson / Korn Ferry etc) and conduct regular data preparation and analysis of the various annual regulatory disclosure required, including the Directors Remuneration Report and Gender Pay Gap reporting. In this broad role you’ll also work with external suppliers and vendors influencing our offering across employee benefits, wellbeing, recognition and ad-hoc projects. You’ll be expected to bring your knowledge and experience to the role and ensure SIG remains competitive, compliant and keeps abreast of emerging trends in reward. The successful candidate will require: •    A relevant HR Qualification (CIPD or equivalent) with proven reward and benefits experience at a professional level within the UK, preferably within a plc environment •    A broad understanding of Reward frameworks, principles and best practice, in particular a working knowledge job evaluation methodology and pay structures •    Comfortable with working with and influencing senior stakeholders •    Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. •    Able to effectively take complex data and translate into a meaningful narrative to support effective business decision-making. •    Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget In return we offer: •    Competitive salary with annual pay award and performance bonus •    25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
