Company Overview: Leading social housing contractor

Role Overview: Our client is looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs in occupied properties. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades and a strong ability to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair work in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies.
• Working in and around South London area
• Ensure all work meets high standards and health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents and maintain accurate work records.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar multi-trade role, preferably in social housing.
• Proficiency in at least three trades.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills.
• A DBS check will be carried out for the successful applicant
