Stock condition surveyor

Niyaa people are working on an exclusive basis with a Public sector Social housing provider with Stock throughout Lincolnshire. Our clinet are looking for a permanent Stock Condition Surveyor to work throughout Lincolnshire on their Asset management team. The Stock Condition Surveyor will be tasked to investigate and record the condition of their assets. Requirements of the Stock Condition Surveyor vacancy: Knowledge of social housing repairs Experience working in a social housing organisation Construction/ trades background The successful Stock Condition Surveyor will receive: On the job training, there is no requirement to have prior experience in this role Company will pay for HHSRS training and other qualifications employer pension contribution Fuel card Salary £36750 per annum, hybrid working, from home to site and back home again. for more information please contact gareth at Niyaa people (url removed)
