Marketing Manager

Due to their continued success, our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen their thriving marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic Marketing Professional to assist in the continued growth of a rapidly expanding business.

As well as managing and inspiring the marketing team to foster a collaborative environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including brand management, content creation, digital marketing, campaign management and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that align with the company s key goals and objectives
• Overseeing the creation and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns
• Successfully managing social media platforms, corporate communications, and branding to ensure a cohesive public image across all brands
• Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget
• Promoting and communicating the company s products to the marketplace, and producing technical product specifications for training and literature
• Conducting market sector research and analysis
• Inspiring and developing the marketing team, including the support for technical literature, communications, and exhibitions

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must display the following skills and experience:

• Proven marketing management experience, with expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Educated to degree level in an appropriate marketing or business-related discipline
• Experience of successfully leading, motivating, and inspiring a marketing team
• Demonstrable strong leadership and communication skills.
• A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
