The role is based within our specialist education setting, catering to students aged 5-16 years old. The Behaviour Support Worker role is all about building relationships, encouraging independence and engaging students in their education. Supporting learners who are facing challenges regarding behaviour management Assisting students learning healthy coping mechanisms and emotional regulation Tracking progress and implementing education plans Use effective communication skills to resolve conflicts Encourage independence and engagement with learning material We pride ourselves on creating a supportive community for staff to grow and develop their experience supporting children with additional needs.
