Chair £15,000 pa
Prior Board experience is essential for this high-profile role. We seek a skilled Chair who can corral the energy and creativity of a diverse Board team. Relationship focused, with a style that engenders confidence, and a commitment that is rooted in making a real difference to communities.
Chair of Finance & Investment Committee £8,375 pa
Finance qualified or equivalent experience and has Board/Committee exposure. You will be ready to chair a committee that has skilled members, to ensure a focus on overall viability and investment plans, for a diverse and growing business.
Board member £6,000 pa
We are keen to attract someone who is looking for their first Board position. Connection to East London is key as we seek someone, whatever their professional or personal background, who wants to actively contribute to the success and sustainability of the community.

So, these Board roles are going to suit people who are comfortable with at times being uncomfortable.
