Job Requirements / Description
Quantity Surveyor - Permanent - Main Contractor - Birmingham - Utilities Schemes - Civil Engineering Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value Managing subcontractor accounts Liaising with clients and other key project stakeholders Monitoring cash flow and valuation plans Managing subcontractor tender processes Providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects on a weekly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:Experience at an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor level Good working knowledge of NEC form of contract Sound negotiation and organisational skills A doer attitude and be able to liaise with clients, site teams and subcontractors.
