Your responsibilities will include: Leading the design and development of public health systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitation. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and sustainable solutions. Conducting site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in public health design engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
