Teaching Assistant Location: Birmingham, Perry Bar (B42) Day Rate: £95 - 105 per day Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday Role Type: Long Term - Permanent Start Date : 4th November 2024 or closest date possible Are you looking for a rewarding role within an education setting? Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Effectively engage with students, staff, and parents to build a strong, collaborative network Work closely with teachers to understand individual students' learning styles, strengths, and areas for growth Build meaningful relationships with students, helping them to follow school expectations and develop positive behavioursPerson Specification: A relevant qualification or degree in education, special education, or a related discipline is desirable Experience working with diverse learning needs and offering adaptive support A strong passion for education and creating positive learning experiences for students An Enhanced DBS and two references are essential for this position If you believe you are well-suited for this role, please apply by submitting your CV.
