Van Driver

Streamline are currently recruiting for a Van Driver on behalf of our client based out of South East London, to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for someone with delivery experience who is looking for a short-term opportunity with the potential for further assignments.

Job Title: Van Driver (6-Month Temporary Contract)

Payrare: £13.00 per hour

Rota: 14:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday

Contract Type: 6-Month Temporary Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading full cages at the client's primary site and delivering them to multiple secondary locations, which are typically 1-2 miles apart.
• Making 5-6 trips per day between the sites, ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time.
• Safely securing loads and handling goods during loading and unloading.
• Conducting vehicle checks before and after shifts to ensure safety and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Adhering to all road safety regulations and traffic laws.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in van driving, courier, or delivery roles.
• Ability to lift / load cages
• Excellent time keeping and reliability
• Flexibility with duties required for the role
