The Company: Our client is a family office with the primary investment focus in UK based software businesses whislt contributing considerable resources to the management teams within the investments offering support in all areas including, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Technical support. About the Job: The key responsibility of the Executive Assistant will be to support the Group’s investor and the Group CEO in a confidential and discreet manner. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support in a High Net Worth (“HNW”) environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a wide range of tasks, including: Managing the multiple calendars and schedules. Book travel and meeting for CEOs across the group companies. Handling correspondence and emails. Making travel arrangements. Arranging appointments and meetings. Running errands. Providing general administrative support. Upholding a confidential and discreet approach at all times. Managing insurance renewals and contract terms for a variety of assets. Support with the processing of purchase orders and supplier payments. Managing standing orders for utilities and other services. Managing air miles and booking flights, holidays, and restaurants. Obtaining visas and other travel documents. Managing licenses (driving, passport, etc.). Organising events. Managing property (including staff and housekeepers). Scheduling doctor's, dentist, and hospital appointments. Managing diaries. Liaising with legal professionals. Managing passwords. Managing correspondence (post) at various residences. Ordering online and managing deliveries. General administrative tasks and task management. The role will also involve support other members of the Senior Management Team. Candidate Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a HNW individual. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Discreet and trustworthy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of HNW individuals and will be able to provide a high level of service. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team and must be able to maintain confidentiality. The candidate must be able to manage a wide range of personal and professional tasks and responsibilities and must be able to work under pressure. Benefits: Competitive salary.
